Waffles with Chocolate Drizzle
Instructions:

Preheat waffle iron.
- In a large mixing bowl whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, set aside.

In a small mixing bowl whisk milk and eggs.

- Gently whisk in butter.

Cook waffles until deep brown and crisp. (For a standard waffle iron, pour a generous 1/2 cup of batter into center, spreading to within 1/2 inch of edges, and close; waffle will cook in 2 to 3 minutes.)
- Serve warm, with maple syrup and butter, as desired.
Chocolate Drizzle
Ingredients:
- 1 C Heavy Cream
- 10 oz CBD Chocolate
- 2 tbsp Confectioners Sugar
Instructions:
- In sauce pan bring heavy cream to a boil then remove from heat.
- Add chocolate, let stand for 2 minutes, stir until chocolate is melted.
- Add confectioners sugar and whisk until smooth.
With this chocolate drizzle you can play around with where you put the CBD, we used CBD chocolate pieces, but you could use regular Bittersweet Chocolate and add a CBD powder when you add the confectioners sugar.
We also used CBD Butter on our waffles before we did the chocolate drizzle for an extra CBD kick in there.
Once everything is made you can put the waffle on your plate, add butter if you want, drizzle the chocolate (and syrup if desired), then a little dollop of whip cream and top it off with fresh fruit!
