Everyday CBD Salad Dressing
During summer eating lighter can make a big difference, fruits and veggies that are water rich can help you stay hydrated. With all the options available for salads we wanted to create a dressing that would go with anything, without altering the salads flavor too much.
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Small Garlic Clove, Pressed or Minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked pepper
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
We used our CBD Infused Olive Oil for this recipe, if you want to make more than one serving we suggest using a vinegar in place of the lemon juice as it can taste off after spending longer than a few hours in the fridge.
